**We shoot at four times of the day, sunrise hour, hour after sunrise hour "late morning," hour before sunset hour "late afternoon" and sunset hour.
FAQ
How do I book a shoot?
First say hello and we will chat about availability. We do a $300 non-refundable retainer and twenty five percent down for weddings to secure your date.
What is your typical timeline to receive edited photographs?
We send your sample link within a couple days of your photoshoot. When you have chosen your favorites from your sample gallery, you are added to our "to be edited" list. We have between a 3-4 week turn around time depending on the size of your gallery, etc.
What payment methods are available?
Right now we take Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp. (Checks are okay for retainer only)
Do you have a referral program?
We do! Please inquire for details.
Who chooses the photos we receive?
You do! We send a sample gallery of all the photos we take during your shoot, slightly watermarked and lower quality than your final gallery. You choose your favorites and then those will be edited beautifully and with two sets of eyes, then they are sent in a new digital gallery.
Where on the island do you shoot?
We shoot all over the islands!
What is the rescheduling policy for severe weather?
Luckily, Maui is full of microclimates! If the weather is bad, you can usually drive twenty minutes and it's totally different. However, in almost 800 Maui photoshoots we have been truly "full island" rained out about 2% of the time. Worst case scenario, we will reschedule.
What do package prices include?
We are a legal and respectful small business. We respect our home by leaving no trace, and by pulling all legal permits (for every photoshoot.) Your package price includes all permits and tax
Where are you based? Do you travel?
Though we are Big island (Hawaii) based, we do travel inter-island often and to the mainland for Weddings, Elopements, and larger events. "Bucket List" destinations will be offered at a discount of "travel expenses only" (Mexico, Ireland, Italy, etc)
Do you help with what to wear?
We send a getting ready guide to help with all the basics, and a questionnaire to get to know you and your photoshoot preferences. Visual guides and styling help will be sent upon request.
Do we receive printing rights?
Yes! Though we also still have the copyright, you get full printing and social media rights.
Do you offer payment plans?
Of course! Please inquire for details.
Do you have a vendor referral list?
We sure do! We have amazing officiants, florists, hair/makeup artists and more!
